We are excited to announce that our online consultation triage system, Anima Triage, which has now gone live. This new system will streamline your consultation process, making it easier and more efficient to get the care you need - submit a new request here.
Changes to appointment booking with Anima.
From 19th March the surgery moved to total triage via Anima. Please complete an online form to communicate with the surgery. This form will go through to the clinical team who will triage your request and get you the most appropriate outcome.
You can request medications, forms, medical certificates, ask questions or request appointments.

If you are unable to complete an online form, you can ask someone you trust to complete the form for you or you may still call reception who will be happy to complete the online form for you.
